  The squared expressions involving the deltas are missing X and Y denominators. The correct version of the listing is shown below:
  

• CD Installation for Macintosh Users
  The CD-ROM that accompanies the first printing does not have an installer for Macintosh. This will be corrected with the second printing. The current workaround is to install the files onto a Windows machine and then transfer the files to your Mac. A good way to do this is to ZIP the files and bring it over to the Mac. UnStuffit should have no trouble expanding the compressed file.
